2023 has already proven a busy year for us and this duo of meeting pods at a large Westminster office was just one of amazing projects in February.
The client had a very common problem: a beautiful, open plan, social office space but with little to no designated areas for meetings or to make private calls. As with a lot of rented office spaces, they didn't have the option to install permanent structues such as walls to partition off a meeting room and with a tight deadline of 4 weeks they wouldn't have had the time to gain the required permission.
After working closely with our sales team they chose the very stylish Bob 4 Seat meeting pod and our 1 seat Penelope 1200. The colourscheme and fabrics had to fit in with their existing styling and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The 4 meeting pods installed have added extra style and functionality to their office.

No job is without its difficulties and this was no exception. Firstly, we were working to a tight deadline but thankfully, will the entire build handled in house we were able to manage and plan our time. Secondly was the location of the office. 8 stories high and no elevator! Our team definitely got their steps in that day :)
