Transforming disused space into a functional canteen

Alchemy Asset Management Limited are an independent asset and development manager operating across London and the south of England. They specialise in the office sector and have a strong track record in conversion to residential. They're known for bringing creativity, detail and diligence to every project, along with a dedication to make a positive impact.

The Meet Up

Working with one of our reputable partners, our Sales Manager, Sarah Wickers, met with Alchemy to better understand their requirements and the spaces they wanted to utilise. With several empty spaces being renovated at the same time, a dining/breakout area was needed for tenants to take a break in a stylish, comfortable environment.

The Vision

To achieve their desired look, we selected our Colin banquette seating in collaboration with the client. Colin comes in a variety of styles, but a mid-back height and fluted option was chosen, combining standard and back-to-back models to maximise the space. Colin comes rested on metal legs, which complement our Tabatha tables and prevent scuff marks from schools and vacuums. To complete the look, two of our Fearne planters, finished in black laminate, were also ordered.

Did you know that we were the first company to provide contrasting fabrics as standard? This project is a perfect example of how they can complement each other. The seat back was upholstered in the gorgeous Crib 5 rated Camira Regent Belasco. In contrast, the seat cushions are made of Camira Vita Alpaca vinyl, providing a wipeable surface in the event of food and drink spillages.

Final Thoughts

By choosing to work with us, Alchemy ensured its project could be delivered on time and with minimal hassle. Our team delivered and installed the products at the pre-agreed locations. Unlike other manufacturers, our support will continue after the project's completion, should they need any help or advice.

Take a look around

This was an amazing project to be a part of and the results speak for themselves.
