Forvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network operating under a single brand with just two members: Forvis Mazars, LLP in the United States and Forvis Mazars Group SC, an internationally integrated partnership operating in over 100 countries and territories.   Forvis Mazars in the UK spans 14 offices across the nation and has over 3,300 professionals, with 170 partners.

The Vision

Forvis Mazars wanted to reimagine their entire space, adding welcoming seating areas for visitors, booth seating for eating, working, and socialising, and long runs of seating that could accommodate many people in a single room. Our trusted dealer Excek, who has been involved in many of our projects, worked with us to specify and choose the right products and fabrics.

We used our Emme sofa to create stylish reception areas, with her soft curves and contemporary design. Terry, with his modular sections, was perfect for building around support pillars and existing room shapes, while straight sections create booth seating, ideal for canteens and communal areas.

Our Involvement

Delivering a project of this scale required flexibility, attention to detail, and clear communication, not only within our own teams, but also with Excek and Forvis Mazars to ensure every requirement was met. Our 3D configurators played an important role, allowing us to map fabric selections and product configurations visually before gaining final client sign-off.

Once approved, we shared detailed imagery and specifications with our manufacturing teams to begin production. As all our products are handmade in-house, consistency is essential. From the woodmill and assembly teams through to sewing, upholstery, logistics, and installation, every department worked together to deliver the project while maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves. Each item was individually checked and pre-built before being packaged and prepared for delivery.

The project continued through to installation, with our team working to the agreed floorplan to ensure every element was positioned correctly and the space was left ready for immediate use. This level of planning, coordination, and quality control helped ensure a smooth delivery from initial specification through to final handover.

Final Thoughts

Terry has become a firm favourite of ours, and Forvis Mazars was the biggest Terry project at the time of install (but the projects keep getting bigger!). The overall project looks amazing and is a testament to everyone involved, including our sales and project management teams, production, and the ongoing partnership we have built with Excek over many years.
