PX Group is a UK-based infrastructure and energy services company that specialises in operating, managing, and optimising complex industrial and energy assets. It provides integrated services including operations and maintenance, engineering consultancy, and energy solutions across sectors such as oil and gas, power, chemicals, and renewables, helping clients improve efficiency, reliability, and environmental performance.

The Meet Up

Working alongside OfficeInsight, our North England Sales Manager, Mayan Christophides, met with PX Group to fully understand their requirements, vision, and expectations. Taking the time to understand their ways of working meant we could shape a solution that genuinely fit their day‑to‑day needs.

The Vision

Following our discovery meeting, they wanted a workspace that simply worked better for them. A space that consisted of quiet individual spaces and collaborative areas, whilst embedding their own branding, colours, and identity throughout the workspace. We invited everyone to our showroom to explore the products in person and get a real feel for our furniture. It is much easier to make decisions when you can touch, feel and test the comfort of the products. Our Bob 4-seat meeting pod was chosen for its soft upholstered finish, choice of options and configurable design. Using our 3D configurator, OfficeInsight could then show PX Group exactly how Bob would look before anything was ordered.

Another consideration was lead times. It’s frustrating for customers when delays occur, often pushing the install date further back. However, we pride ourselves on adapting to our customers' schedules and delivering within tight lead times. It is because of our fully in-house design and manufacturing processes that give us this flexibility.

Final Thoughts

Working with OfficeInsight made the whole process easy. Together, we created a workspace PX Group can be proud of. We delivered our products on time, meeting a tight schedule, and the results speak for themselves. Their new Bob pods now provide teams with reliable spaces to collaborate, focus, and meet without distractions. A simple upgrade with a long-term impact. Unlike other manufacturers, our support will continue after the project's completion, should they need any help or advice.
