This weekend marks 15 years since James and Joe put pen to paper and turned a shared vision into reality—JDD Furniture was born.
Pooling their resources and expertise, they embarked on a journey driven by ambition, grit, and a bold dream: to transform the way the world views workplace furniture while remaining true to their humble, honest roots. Countless late nights, weekend grinds, and every hard-earned penny went into building something they truly believed in.
Fifteen years later, what a journey it's been. JDD has grown steadily year after year, now proudly operating four showrooms—Birmingham, London, Glasgow, and Dubai. We've expanded into a purpose-built factory and office space, home to our talented teams across design, project management, operations, finance, woodmill, assembly, upholstery, and dispatch. Our own fleet of JDD vans and expert installation teams completes our team of nearly 100 employees.
Today, JDD stands as a symbol of craftsmanship, consistency, and integrity. We've shown that a personal touch in business isn't just possible—it's powerful. It builds trust. It builds relationships. And it builds a reputation that lasts.
