Penelope is a friendly personal meeting pod crafted from cosy materials like wood and fabric. Its outer design incorporates gentle curves and glass to make it seamlessly blend into any environment, while the interior provides a tranquil space for making calls or working. Sound-absorbing foam eliminates disruptive noise, and adaptable lighting and ventilation ensure your comfort for as long as necessary.

Driven by customer demand, we listened to what you needed, and our in-house designers worked to make it a reality. We changed Penelope's size to create a more spacious environment to move around in and removed the floor to allow for easy access, with no steps or ramps to navigate. The addition of horizontal handles and lower switches inside allows everything to be operated from a seated position, promoting individual, independent working.

To further enhance Penelope Access, you can add a height-adjustable desk, which is guaranteed to suit anyone using it.

Penelope is a family of personal meeting pods that take private phone / video conference calls away from a noisy office.

There are various standard and optional extras with the phone booth or work booth products including:

  • TV bracket*
  • Matching fabric roof cover**

*Non-adjustable, VESA 100x100 compatible max screen size 42".

**All pods are supplied with a black roof cover as standard.

How We Work

Order Confirmation
On receipt of a clear purchase order an order confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours. Any discrepancies on the Order Confirmation need to be raised immediately.

Lead Time
On most standard products lead time is 4 - 6 weeks. If you require delivery sooner, get in touch and discuss with our team, we do our best to meet the tightest deadlines.

Quality Control
Very occasionally things go wrong, if you are not happy with any aspect of the product / service please get in touch. We are very proud of our products and want you to be too. We will get back to any issues within 24 hours with a detailed plan of action.
