Welcome to Bob Rooms! Expanding from the highly popular meeting pod range, this new model aims to provide you with all the space of a large-scale meeting room while retaining the flexibility of a meeting pod. With Bob Rooms, you can adapt your office space to your needs for a team meeting, individual work, or a private call. You can quickly reconfigure the room layout, change the panel options, or add additional features to suit your specific requirements.

Available in four sizes (D: 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800), Bob Rooms provide various configurations to fit your requirements. Each panel can be upholstered or have a window. Need something more bespoke? Product Features

  • Acoustic Rating

    All meeting pods reduce sound up to 32dB.

  • Ventilation

    The adjustable fan helps keep the air fresh inside the pod.

  • Lights

    PIR LED lights with remote sensors to save energy.

  • Sizes

    1200, 2400, 3600 and 4800mm depths available.

  • Add Windows

    Windows can be added to any panel to utilise natural light.

The Bob Rooms collection offers comfort and privacy in beautifully upholstered large flat panels and soft rounded corners. The design helps to absorb unwanted sounds while the room is in use.

Depending on your needs you can add glass windows to up to 10 of the panels (4 on the left, 4 on the right, 2 on the back).

A wall mounted TV bracket can only be added to an upholstered wall, not a window wall.

How We Work

Order Confirmation
On receipt of a clear purchase order an order confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours. Any discrepancies on the Order Confirmation need to be raised immediately.

Lead Time
On most standard products lead time is 4 - 6 weeks. If you require delivery sooner, get in touch and discuss with our team, we do our best to meet the tightest deadlines.

Quality Control
Very occasionally things go wrong, if you are not happy with any aspect of the product / service please get in touch. We are very proud of our products and want you to be too. We will get back to any issues within 24 hours with a detailed plan of action.

Delivery and Install Options
We offer standard delivery as well as out of hours (evening and weekends). Please contact us for pricing.
