What is Bea Rooms?

Welcome to Bea Rooms! Expanding from the highly popular meeting pod range, this new model aims to provide you with all the space of a large-scale meeting room while retaining the flexibility of a meeting pod. With Bea Rooms, you can adapt your office space to your needs for a team meeting, individual work, or a private call. You can quickly reconfigure the room layout, change the panel options, or add additional features to suit your specific requirements.

Available in four sizes (D: 1200, 2400, 3600, 4800), Bea Rooms provide various configurations to fit your requirements. Each panel can be upholstered or have a window. Need something more bespoke? No problem! We handle the entire manufacturing process in-house.

The Bea Room 1200 is a compact, private space designed for focused work and confidential conversations. Ideal for one-to-one meetings, video calls, private phone calls, or individual concentration, it provides a quiet retreat from the distractions of a busy workplace while maintaining a small footprint.

Offering a balance of privacy and collaboration, the Bea Room 2400 is perfect for small team meetings, project discussions, interviews, and hybrid video conferencing. Comfortably accommodating a small group, it creates a dedicated environment for productive conversations, brainstorming sessions, and focused teamwork.

The Bea Room 3600 provides a versatile enclosed space for larger team meetings, workshops, training sessions, and collaborative activities. Its generous footprint also makes it ideal as a wellbeing room, offering a private setting for mindfulness sessions, mental health support, quiet reflection, or light yoga and stretching exercises.

The Bea Room 4800 is the largest option in the range, designed to support a wide variety of workplace activities. Suitable for larger meetings, presentations, training sessions, and collaborative workshops, it can also be transformed into a dedicated wellbeing space. From yoga classes and wellness workshops to mental health sessions, relaxation areas, and multi-purpose employee support initiatives, the Bea Room 4800 provides a flexible environment that adapts to the changing needs of modern workplaces.

Can the glass/ventilation be retrofitted at a later date?

Yes – on the glass doors we can add it at a later date.

Would it be possible to include a sprinkler/fire alarm cut out in the roof of the booth?

Yes, we can provide cut outs to suit the sites H&S requirements, we will supply drawings dependent on your measurements and the preferred location.

Do you provide a power module which allows you to fit within the wall – above/under table?

Yes In-panel/grommet option.

Do you supply table top finishes outside of the ones displayed on your website?

Yes we can get in touch with suppliers and offer a wide range of finishes (may be an upcharge).

How many colours/fabrics can be chosen?

We offer 2-tone as standard but can offer more than 2 fabrics in the same band (with an upcharge).

Do you offer TV/monitor brackets?

We can supply a range of brackets to suit the clients needs whether is for a monitor or TV etc.

Do you have a template where I can showcase where I would like each colour/fabric?

We can supply render stencils to show the available splits in fabric, for the client / dealer to pinpoint where different fabrics can go i.e. back rest, seat pad, back wall, etc. Please speak to your project manager or sales representative for DAM access.
